01 · ON YOUR DEVICE

Browser-local demonstration records.

When you use demo features, the browser stores display profiles, saved travellers, planning selections, demo bookings, support drafts and private review drafts locally. Language, location and currency preferences and saved listing identifiers may also be stored on the device.

These demo records do not create a server membership, synchronize between devices or send a support request. Export or clear demo records through local privacy controls. Browser storage controls can also remove them. General preferences and saved listings may have separate local controls.

Website sessions may use cookies to maintain signed-in state and protect forms. Do not enter genuine payment credentials, identity documents or real OTPs in demonstration fields; use fictional sample data.

02 · WHATSAPP & MEMBER RECORDS

Information needed for the service you request.

WhatsApp signup uses the chat phone identity, relevant incoming messages, chosen language, signup name, adult declaration and current policy-consent records. Optional profile information may be stored if you provide it. Membership also creates account, direct referral, reward and wallet-ledger records.

Campaign links can record the campaign, creative or placement, language, device category and supplied advertising tags. Network addresses used for campaign attribution are stored as keyed hashes. Signed invitation information associates an eligible direct referral before registration completes.

03 · PURPOSE & ACCESS

Operate accounts, protect the programme and provide support.

Book247 uses relevant records to provide requested conversations, create and secure membership, apply direct referral attribution, check eligibility, investigate duplicate or fraudulent claims, record credits and adjustments, and respond to support requests. Consent and ledger records provide an audit history.

Authorized account, support, campaign, finance and fraud-review functions can access records as needed for those purposes. Phone identities and contact profile fields are encrypted in storage.

WhatsApp is provided by Meta, and its own terms and privacy policies also apply. Public referral invitations contain a referral code rather than your private account-access token. A referrer may see masked referral status and reward information, rather than a friend's private phone number or email.

04 · CONSENT & MESSAGES

Registration and promotional permission are separate.

A page visit, QR scan or chat opening does not accept terms or opt you into promotions. WhatsApp registration confirms adult eligibility separately, then asks you to read both the current offer terms and privacy policy. Reply 1 to accept the terms and consent to the processing described in the privacy policy, or 2 to reject. Consent records identify the policy version and the time of the choice.

Promotional messages are an optional, separate YES / NO choice. Declining them does not block eligible signup or remove valid wallet credit. Withdraw promotional permission using member controls or support. STOP stops automated messages; START restarts a conversation you request. Requests for help and necessary service responses are distinct from optional promotions.

Delivery and read statuses are recorded when supplied by the messaging provider. A delivery status or page visit does not establish that a person has read or accepted a policy.

05 · RETENTION & DELETION

Keep necessary records. Review deletion requests.

Book247 retains account, consent, referral, wallet, security and relevant financial records for as long as needed to provide the programme, investigate disputes or fraud and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Financial and consent audit records may need separate retention. An enrollment closing date is not an expiry date for earned wallet credit.

Account deletion is a request for review. The team may need to confirm your account and resolve outstanding account or wallet matters. We do not promise immediate erasure of every historical ledger entry. Follow the data deletion instructions; stopping promotions and deleting an account are separate choices.
