Data deletion instructions
Request a review of your Book247 account and the WhatsApp data associated with it.
Request from your member account
- Open Member controls and sign in to your Book247 member account.
- Expand Request account deletion, select the confirmation checkbox and choose Submit deletion request.
- Your request is recorded, promotional messages are stopped and you are signed out. The team reviews the request and confirms the outcome.
If you cannot sign in
Message Book247 support on WhatsApp at +91 85277 98599 and ask: “Please review deletion of my Book247 account and associated WhatsApp data.” Use the WhatsApp number associated with your account where possible, and include your B247 member ID if you know it.
This is a manual support request, not immediate or automated erasure. The team may need to confirm which account the request concerns. Never send a password, OTP or payment details in chat.
What the review covers
The review covers your Book247 profile, WhatsApp contact and conversation data. Records that must be retained, including financial ledger and audit records or records needed for an unresolved dispute, are reviewed separately. We confirm the deletion outcome and explain any records that must be retained. See our WhatsApp privacy and consent notice for current retention information.
Stopping promotions is a separate choice
STOP requests withdrawal from promotional messages; it does not delete your account or data. You can also withdraw promotional consent in Member controls. To request deletion, use one of the steps above.
