Information used
Book247 uses the information needed to provide the requested WhatsApp signup, member account, direct referral attribution and wallet programme. This includes the verified WhatsApp phone identity and relevant incoming messages; the signup name and other profile details you choose to provide, such as an optional email address, language, location or service interests; the adult declaration and current policy-consent records; and referral, account, wallet-ledger and relevant booking or payment records.
How information is used
We use these records to verify the requested identity and account, create and secure membership, apply signed direct referral attribution, check new-customer and reward eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, record credits and adjustments, provide account access and support, and keep consent and financial audit records. A QR scan or referral link does not itself grant marketing consent or complete signup. Keyed identity, device or network indicators may be used where collected to investigate duplicate or abusive registrations. Wallet and audit entries allow credits, reservations, use, releases and review adjustments to be traced.
Referral sharing & private links
Personal referral share links, referral QR codes and posters use a public referral code. They do not contain your phone number, optional email address or private member access token. A direct referrer may see a masked member name, referral status and associated reward information in their account, rather than the friend’s private phone number or email. Anyone holding a public referral invitation can use it to start the invitation flow. A private member access link is different and must be kept confidential.
WhatsApp & access to information
WhatsApp is provided by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp and messages sent through it are also subject to Meta and WhatsApp privacy terms. Book247 processes relevant messages and account records to deliver the service you request. Access within Book247 is limited to authorized account, support, campaign, finance or fraud-review functions as needed. This notice does not ask you for card details, a UPI PIN or banking credentials; the present demo checkout collects no payment credentials or money.
Your consent choices
Accepting the programme terms, privacy notice and adult declaration is required for eligible signup. Promotional WhatsApp messages are optional and require a separate choice. You may decline promotional messages or withdraw that choice through the member communication controls or Book247 support. This does not by itself remove an otherwise valid earned wallet entitlement. Book247 may still respond to your requests and send necessary service communications.
Retention & deletion
Book247 retains account, consent, referral, wallet, security and relevant financial records for as long as needed to provide the programme, investigate disputes or fraud, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. A deletion request is recorded for review; financial and consent audit records may require retention, and unresolved account or wallet matters may need to be settled. We do not promise immediate erasure of every historical ledger entry. An offer enrollment closing date is not an expiry date for earned wallet credit.
Your requests & support
Use https://book247.in/support to request access to or correction of your account information, ask about consent or data use, request account deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Do not post your private access link or sensitive identity or payment information in public support messages.
